Useful Information if you are attending the Festival

If you are attending the festival here are some pointers to help you to have a great time.

  • Friday Doors open at 5.30pm. Last entry is 9.30pm. Last orders in 10.30pm

  • Saturday Doors open at 12 noon. Last entry is 9.30pm. Last orders in 10.30pm

  • Corporate Networking event. Doors open at 2pm, Friday. This event is for business leaders only - tickets are on sale on our website.

GET ORGANISED

  • Download the Festival programme which includes the beer list, in advance, save it on your phone. It will be available from the home page of the website no later than Thursday May 2nd - you can request for it to be sent to your email as soon as it is available.

  • Follow us on social media so you hear any updates

GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL

  • Location: The festival is at Grange Park, LS22 5NB. Details on how to find us are here

  • First Bus Festival Shuttle Service. We will be running a FREE shuttle to give you a lift to/from Wetherby Bus Station, Boston Spa (Crown), Thorpe Arch (Pax), Walton Corner. The shuttle service ends at 11pm both evenings. There is also a direct bus Leeds at the end of the evening. SEE TIMETABLE

  • Car Parking is available, please follow the instructions of the parking marshal. We are not charging for parking, however our friends from Martin House will be collecting money for this wonderful local charity, so if you can spare some change please do give what you can. There are a number of blue badge spaces available.

  • Leaving your car overnight. Please do not drink and drive, you may leave your car overnight but please remove it before 10am the next day. On entering the car park inform the marshal that you wish to leave your car and you will be directed to the designated car park. All parking is done at the owners risk.

  • Car parks will be locked and you will not be able to remove your car after 11.30pm they will be opened at 8am the following day. By Sunday all cars must be removed by by 2pm time if you do not wish to be locked in for the bank holiday!!

  • There is a 2.2m height barrier to the main car parking area. Larger vehicles will need to park in the overflow car park.

  • Vehicles pulling trailers or caravans will not be allowed to park in any festival car park.

  • Parking is on a field, the speed limit is 5mph.

  • CAMPING - Sorry no camping allowed any where on Grange Park property.

FESTIVAL ENTRY

  • Digital tickets purchased online will need to be scanned please have them ready on your phone or printed out to show our team at the entrance.

  • ID If you are lucky enough to look under 25 your ID will be check at the entrance and an 18+ wristband will be issued, which needs to be worn and shown to bar staff in order to buy alcohol.

  • Kids: Up to two children are allowed in for free with a paying adult (Saturday only) but they must be in possession of a kids ticket which you can order online.

  • Friday is 18+ only.

  • Saturday is for all ages.

  • Young persons aged 16 and below may only attend the festival with a responsible adult and must enter the festival with said adult.

  • Bags maybe searched - do not bring alcohol it will be confiscated.

  • We take a responsible approach to serving alcohol and protecting young people from harm. Intoxicated people will not be allowed entry and no refunds will be made. Persons buying alcohol to pass to young people will be asked to leave. Drug use is not acceptable and you will be asked to leave.

  • Antisocial behaviour is not tolerated - we are a family centred event and there are young people present - please behave accordingly - or you will be asked to leave.

BARS AND FOOD

  • Festival bars only accept Festival Tokens to purchase drinks. Festival Tokens are £10 each and can be purchased with cash or card. Festival tokens are not refundable.

  • The food stalls are independent traders, they do not accept Festival Tokens. They will accept Cash and/or card.

  • You may only consume food and drinks purchased from the Festival bars and food vendors.

  • You'll be issued with a reusable festival cup (while stocks last) please reuse this and take it home with you at the end of the day, it's yours to keep and reuse.

  • The Festival is run 100% by volunteers. So please be nice. They are doing their best!

  • Please help our bar staff volunteers, select your beer by it's number - which you will find in the programme.


THE VENUE

  • The Festival takes place in the clubhouse (Gin and Champagne) and in two large marquees (Beer, Live Stage) which are outside on a large open field. Food is also available outside in the Food market area.

  • There is limited seating so bring your folding chairs / blankets so you can sit outside and enjoy the day.

  • It's Yorkshire, so what ever the weather, it will get chilly later on so bring an extra layer for later.

  • Dogs: Well behaved dogs on a lead, are welcome in the outside areas. They are not allowed in the clubhouse.

  • Smoking / Vaping. Only permitted in the designated outside areas.
