Can I CAMP at the event?
No. There are no camping facilities at the site.
Do I have to print my DIGITAL ticket?
No, you don't. Simply display the ticket from your mobile phone.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes if we don't sell out in advance. Keep a watch on social media, if tickets are sold out we will not be selling more on the door.
Are the tickets refundable?
No. As this is a fundraiser we are unable to refund tickets however feel free to pass yours on to someone else if you can no longer make the event. Be aware of scammers online pretending to have tickets to resell - it happens, even with charity events like this!
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
Friday Evening Sessions is open to 18+ only
Friday's Corporate Networking afternoon event is 18+.
Saturday afternoon is family day there are no age restrictions - everyone is welcome, all young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.
Once you are on site, family day ticket holders may stay until close, regardless of age.
Saturday evening session - everyone welcome
We operate a challenge 25 policy, please bring ID.
While we welcome everyone at this session, persons age of 16 or under need to attend with an adult
How do I get to the venue?
Grange Park is located just outside Wetherby, with easy access to the A1, click here for map directions (opens Google Maps).
There will be free car parking available at the venue, the overflow car park is a short 5 min walk across the bridge. The organisers accept no responsibility for your vehicle or it's contents. Park at your own risk. You may leave your vehicle overnight if you wish, please tell the parking marshal on arrival and you will be directed to the relevant parking area. Cars left overnight must be removed from the car park not later than 10am the following morning.
What can i expect at the event?
A great time! Plenty of beer, gin and champagne, live music and delicious food! There will also be a range of alcohol free beers and drinks. See our News pages for updates.
Are children welcome?
Kids are welcome on Saturday only. Entrance for up to two kids aged U12 is free with a paying adult but every child must be in possession of a kids ticket. There is also a range of entertainment for kids on Saturday afternoon until approx 4.30pm some of which will be free. Look at the ON THE DAY page for details.
Do I get a camra discount
No, sorry we are not affiliated to CAMRA
IS tHE FESTIVAL DOG FRIENDLY?
You may bring your well behaved dog. Please keep your dog on a lead and outside. Clean up after your dog. Owners unable to follow these simple rules or if the dog is antisocial will be asked to take the dog home.
